Hereinafter: the Seller. The purchaser is hereinafter the Buyer.

2. Definitions

  • Consumer: a natural person who, when purchasing, is not acting in the course of their business or profession.
  • Business: a Buyer who purchases in the course of their business or profession.
  • Website: the Introxis website on which the purchase takes place.
  • Introxis or Application: the software for macOS developed by the Seller, including its later updates.
  • Digital content: data produced and supplied in digital form, not on a tangible medium, such as the Application.
  • Durable medium: any instrument that enables the Buyer to store information unchanged and access it later, such as an email or a PDF file.

The provisions protecting consumers apply to consumers only.

3. The product

3.1 What is Introxis?

Introxis is a Mac application. It runs several Claude sessions in one window, shows a live preview of the work in progress next to them, and indicates which session is waiting for the user. A description of the features is available on the Website.

3.2 System requirements and interoperability with other services

  • A Mac with an Apple Silicon processor (M1 or later) running a recent version of macOS.
  • An internet connection for downloading, updates, licence checks and using Claude.
  • The activated Application checks the licence online regularly, at least every 30 days. Without an internet connection it can be used for up to 30 days; after that, a successful online check is needed to keep using it.
  • Your own Claude subscription (for example Claude Pro or Max) is required, purchased by the Buyer directly from Anthropic. The Claude subscription is not provided by the Seller and is not included in the price of Introxis. Anthropic's terms apply to the use of Claude, and Claude's availability, limits and price depend on Anthropic.
  • Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. Introxis is an independent product: it is not developed by Anthropic and is not endorsed by Anthropic.

Before you buy, please check that your computer and your subscription meet these requirements.

3.3 Price

  • The price is shown in euros (EUR) on the Website and on the payment page. The licence for the Application is sold for a one-time payment, in the following price tiers:
    • Early bird: €10, for the first 50 purchases. The Website shows how many places are left.
    • Early access: €100, once the early bird places are gone.
  • The price payable is the one shown on the Website and on the payment page at the time of the order. If the price changes before payment starts (for example, the early bird places run out), the Website shows the new price, and the Buyer can only pay knowing it.
  • The Seller may later also offer the Application as a subscription (for a monthly fee). A licence bought for a one-time payment (at the early bird or early access price) remains perpetual regardless: the Buyer does not need to subscribe and keeps receiving the updates and new versions described in section 7.4.
  • The Seller is not registered for VAT, so the price does not include VAT. The price shown is the final amount payable; there are no additional costs (such as delivery charges).
  • Your bank may charge its own bank or currency conversion fees.
  • The Seller may change prices for the future. This does not affect purchases already paid for.

4. Conclusion of the contract

  1. The Buyer clicks the purchase button on the Website.
  2. The Website asks you to accept these Terms and to give the express consent and acknowledgement described in section 6.3. You cannot proceed with the purchase without them.
  3. Stripe's secure payment form then appears on the purchase page (/buy), embedded in the page. Here you enter your name, email address, billing details and payment details. Before paying, you can review and correct the details you entered and see the total amount.
  4. Pressing the "Pay" button places an order with an obligation to pay.
  5. The contract is concluded upon successful payment. We confirm the successful payment on screen immediately, and the download is immediately available in the Buyer's account. After successful payment, we also automatically send the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (by email). The confirmation includes the declaration described in section 6.3 and the text of these Terms in force at the time of purchase.

Further rules:

  • The language of the contract is Hungarian or English, as chosen by the Buyer. When purchasing, the Buyer expressly agrees to receive the information and contract documents in that language.
  • The Seller stores the contract electronically. The Buyer also receives the full text of these Terms in force at the time of purchase in the confirmation email, in the language of the purchase.
  • The Seller has not subscribed to any code of conduct.

5. Payment and delivery

5.1 Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland). Accepted payment methods: payment card and the other methods shown on the payment page (for example Apple Pay or Google Pay). The Seller does not see or store your card details.

5.2 Delivery

  • We make the Application available immediately after successful payment in the Buyer's account (/account).
  • The Application is delivered by download. We do not send any tangible medium.
  • If the download does not appear in your account after successful payment, please write to viktor@theweblab.hu.

5.3 Invoice

We issue an accounting document (invoice) for the purchase and send it by email.

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 The right of withdrawal

Under Section 19 of Slovak Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, the period runs from the day the contract is concluded (Section 20(1)(a)(4)).

6.2 Loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Introxis is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, Section 19(1)(m), the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once performance (making the download available) has begun, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  1. the consumer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends;
  2. the consumer has declared that they acknowledge they thereby lose the right of withdrawal;
  3. the Seller has confirmed this on a durable medium (by email) (Section 17(12)(b)); this is done by the confirmation email sent automatically after purchase (section 6.3).

6.3 How does this work when you buy?

Before purchasing, you must expressly make the following declaration (by ticking a checkbox):

"I expressly request that the Introxis download be made available immediately after purchase, before the withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal."

We record the declaration with its timestamp, the version of these Terms and the language. After successful payment, we automatically send the confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (by email). The confirmation includes this declaration and the text of these Terms in force at the time of purchase. Once the download has been made available after purchase and we have sent this confirmation, the consumer can no longer withdraw from the contract. This does not affect your rights under section 8 if the product is defective.

6.4 If the right of withdrawal still applies

This may be the case, for example, if performance has not yet begun for some reason, or if the Seller has not sent the confirmation described in section 6.2. In that case the consumer may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract:

  • using the Website's "Withdraw from contract here" function (on the withdrawal page: /withdrawal), followed by the "Confirm withdrawal" button. You will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the withdrawal, and we will also confirm it without undue delay;
  • or by a clear statement sent by email (viktor@theweblab.hu) or by post to the address in section 1. You may use the model withdrawal form for this, but you do not have to.

You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise. The refund is free of charge to you. After withdrawal, the consumer may no longer use the Application and must delete it.

7. Licence terms (right of use)

7.1 The right of use

Upon payment of the purchase price, the Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the Application:

  • it may be used by one natural person: the Buyer, or one user designated by the business;
  • it may be installed on the Macs used by the Buyer; where the Application asks for activation, it can be active on up to 3 Macs at a time, and the Buyer can change which Macs in their account at any time;
  • it may be used for both personal and business purposes.

7.2 What is not allowed?

  • Passing on, selling, renting out or publicly sharing the Application, the download link or the licence.
  • Reverse engineering, modifying or creating derivative works of the Application, except where expressly permitted by law (for example, to achieve interoperability).
  • Circumventing protection or signing mechanisms.
  • Using the Application for unlawful purposes.

7.3 Intellectual property

All rights in the Application and the Website belong to the Seller. The Buyer acquires only the right of use described in section 7.1. Open-source components included in the Application are subject to their own licences.

Works you create with the Application (code, texts, websites) belong to you. The Seller claims no rights in them.

7.4 Updates

  • The Seller provides the updates, including security updates, that are necessary to keep the Application in conformity with the contract, for as long as the consumer can reasonably expect.
  • A licence bought for a one-time payment (at the early bird or early access price) is perpetual: it includes every future update and new version released by the Seller for the Mac version, at no extra charge and without a subscription, even if the Seller later moves to selling subscriptions. The Seller is not obliged to develop new features.
  • The Application offers updates automatically. If the Buyer does not install a necessary update, the Seller is not liable for any resulting defect, provided that it informed the Buyer of the update and of the consequences of not installing it.

7.5 Termination of the licence

If the Buyer seriously breaches section 7.2, the Seller may terminate the licence in writing (by email). In that case the Buyer must delete the Application.

8. Defective performance (warranty) and complaints

8.1 Your rights if there is a defect

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the Application conforms to the contract and the description and works as intended on the system described in section 3.2.

If the Application is defective, the consumer may, under the Civil Code (Act No. 40/1964 Coll.) and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection:

  • request that the defect be remedied (for example, by a corrective update);
  • if a remedy is impossible, fails or is disproportionate, request a proportionate price reduction;
  • in the case of a significant defect, withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the purchase price.

For a one-time supply, the Seller is liable for at least 2 years from delivery for defects that already existed at the time of delivery.

It is not a defect if the problem is caused by:

  • failure to meet the requirements in section 3.2 (for example, a Mac without Apple Silicon or a missing Claude subscription);
  • the operation, limits or outage of Claude or another external service;
  • the consequences of commands approved by the Buyer.

8.2 Making a complaint

  • Please report the defect or complaint by email: viktor@theweblab.hu. Include your order ID and a description of the defect, and attach a screenshot if possible.
  • We will confirm receipt without delay.
  • We will resolve the complaint within 30 days at the latest and inform you of our decision in writing.

9. Liability

  • Introxis runs artificial intelligence (Claude) on the Buyer's computer on the Buyer's instructions. Claude can create, modify or delete files and run commands. The Buyer is responsible for what they request and approve. Please make regular backups and use version control (for example, Git).
  • The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness or suitability of content (code, text) produced by Claude. Please check it before use.
  • The Seller is not responsible for the availability or fees of Claude or other external services.
  • Towards consumers, the Seller does not limit or exclude its liability where the law prohibits this. This applies in particular to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, damage to life and health, and rights to which the consumer is entitled under mandatory law.
  • Towards businesses, to the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price paid and does not extend to lost profits or indirect damage.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

  1. Complaint to the Seller. Please write to us first: viktor@theweblab.hu. We aim to resolve the problem quickly.

  2. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR). If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not respond within 30 days, the consumer may initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes. The procedure can be initiated with:

    Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection), Ústredný inšpektorát, odbor ARS (Central Inspectorate, ADR Department)
    Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27
    ars@soi.sk
    https://www.soi.sk/alternativne-riesenie-spotrebitelskych-sporov/formular-pre-podanie-navrhu-na-zacatie-ars

    The procedure can also be initiated with another ADR body registered by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. If the consumer lives in another EU Member State, they may also contact the ADR body in their country of residence.

  3. Supervisory authority. You may also submit a consumer protection complaint to the Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (Slovak Trade Inspection) (section 1).

  4. Courts. Disputes are decided by the competent court. A consumer may also sue in the courts of their place of residence, and may be sued only there.

12. Governing law

The contract is governed by Slovak law. If the Buyer is a consumer, this does not deprive them of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of their habitual residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

The Seller may amend these Terms for the future. Amendments are published on the Website. Contracts already concluded remain governed by the version accepted at the time of purchase. Buyers with an account will also be informed by email of amendments concerning updates.

14. Final provisions

  • If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
  • These Terms are available in Hungarian and English. Both versions have the same content.
