1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Your browser's local storage works in a similar way. A website uses these to remember things such as your chosen language or whether you are signed in.
2. Do we ask for consent?
Cookies and storage that are strictly necessary for the Website to work do not require consent under Section 109(8) of the Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications and EU rules.
In addition, our hosting provider (Lovable) runs its built-in visitor statistics on the Website. With a short-lived cookie (session-id, 30 minutes) it compiles aggregated statistics on how many visits and page views there are. This measurement is done by the hosting platform, so the Website has no cookie banner that could switch it off in advance. Section 6 explains how you can block it in your browser. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking across other websites.
3. The cookies and storage we use
| Name | Type | Provider | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-<project>-auth-token | local storage (localStorage) | Introxis (own) | Keeps you signed in to your account: stores the session tokens. Created only after you sign in. | until you sign out |
introxis-next | session storage (sessionStorage) | Introxis (own) | During sign-in, remembers which page to return to afterwards. | temporary, at the latest until the browser tab is closed |
introxis-lang | local storage | Introxis (own) | Remembers the language you chose (Hungarian or English). | until deleted |
session-id | cookie | Lovable (hosting) | Visitor statistics: links the page views of one visit. Not used for advertising or for tracking on other websites. | 30 minutes |
__dpl | cookie | Lovable (hosting) | Technical cookie: serves the same released version of the Website during a visit. | 1 day |
__cf_bm | cookie | Cloudflare | Tells human visitors apart from malicious bots to protect the Website. Cloudflare sets it when you open the Website. | 30 minutes |
__stripe_mid | cookie | Stripe | Fraud prevention and payment security. May only be created on the purchase page (/buy). | about 1 year |
__stripe_sid | cookie | Stripe | Fraud prevention and payment security. May only be created on the purchase page (/buy). | 30 minutes |
If you sign in with Apple or Google, authentication takes place on Apple's or Google's own page; the cookies used there are governed by their own policies.
4. Payment
Payment takes place on our purchase page (/buy), in Stripe's secure payment form, which is embedded in the page. For this, we load Stripe's code on that page. Stripe may set its own cookies that are strictly necessary for payment security and fraud prevention (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid, see section 3), under its own cookie policy: https://stripe.com/cookies-policy/legal
5. What we do not use
- external audience measurement services (such as Google Analytics); our hosting provider's built-in measurement is described in section 2;
- advertising and remarketing cookies, tracking pixels (such as the Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel);
- social media plug-ins or external video players;
- external font providers.
6. How can you manage cookies?
You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you block them, signing in and the language choice will not work. You can also block the statistics cookie (session-id) on its own (for example by blocking cookies for introxis.com in your browser); the Website works the same without it.
7. Changes
If we introduce a new cookie or a new provider, we update this policy and its version. If a new cookie would require consent, we will ask you first.
